VIRTUAL
MEET & GREET
Let's connect you to your people.
The Virtual Meet and Greet connects Mission Organizations and Religious Communities to Catholic youth and young adults.
Our last virtual event had 16,000 attendees and we're working to extend our reach even farther.
With the cancellation of conferences and events worldwide this summer, my energy and prayer are directed toward making this Summit a success for you.
I know firsthand how much work it takes to meet the right people, and how important your work is. I worked for the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm for five years. In that time, I founded and built the Serving the Aged Lovingly Today (SALT) Mission Program.
You have what young people need: Purpose and mission.
What's a virtual meet and greet?
It's an online version of an exhibit hall.
Attendees can browse to quickly find a mission or charism of their interest.
Your organization's dedicated webpage features everything you want potential missionaries or aspirants to know.
And here's the feature we can't wait for...
You can host two group video calls throughout the God's Adventure Awaits Summit to make a personal impression!
I've heard from thousands of young people,
"I'm overwhelmed. How do I find my next move?"
My answer: "THIS."
You could spend $1,000.00 on a typical conference booth plus travel, lodging and meals...
and even then still only meet a fraction of the attendees.
Or, you could save thousands and connect quickly with the people who want to know you.
What and When is the God's Adventure Awaits Summit?
The Summit will take place entirely online. Doors open at noon EST on Friday, July 31 and closes midnight on Sunday, August 2.
This will be an incredible collective of wisdom from amazing presenters:
Jason Evert
Sr. Bethany Madonna
Fr. Timothy Gallagher
Dr. Andrew and Sarah Swafford
Fr. Mark Goring
Patrick Coffin
Sr. Helena Burns
Jackie and Bobby Angel
Mary Lenaburg
Fr. Rob Galea
Katie Prejean McGrady
Dan and Amber DeMatte
Fr. Stephen Gadberry
Matt and Erin Ingold
Fr. Jacob Bertrand Janczyk
Jen Settle
...and many more!
Action is a key part of discerning life choices, so
the Exhibit Hall isn't a sideshow. It's the Summit homepage. No extra clicks- you're on the very first page they see.
All attendees will receive a pre-Summit prep packet encouraging them to explore the Meet & Greet with an open heart. The packet will include space for journaling and taking notes during their Zoom calls.
What does my organization get?
A dedicated webpage with detailed information, pictures and video, contact information, and fun facts. We want to showcase you to the world at your very best!
Links to two group Zoom calls at times you choose throughout the weekend.
Responsive team support before and during the Summit.
Even better, your virtual booth continues after the Summit ends.
The Navigation Pass is for Summit attendees who are serious about finding their next steps, and for catechists to use with their groups. The virtual exhibit hall and speaker presentations remain active for a full calendar year for all who purchase the Pass. We are excited to see what fruit the Holy Spirit brings out of this endeavor far beyond the initial Summit weekend.
