• Once purchased, coaching session(s) is/are non-refundable.
• Coaching sessions will take place on a virtual platform.
• Client agrees that the information provided during a session is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by the client’s own medical provider or mental health provider. The client agrees to seek the advice of a medical provider and/or mental health provider with any questions or concerns regarding the physical or mental health of the client.
• The client is sole the decision-maker in the coaching process. Any and all actions or consequences resulting from the coaching session are responsibility of the client. The client releases Stacey Sumereau Ministry, LLC of all liability pertaining to the services rendered in the coaching relationship.
• Client acknowledges he/she will have one opportunity to reschedule with 24+ hours advance notice with no additional charge; however, if session or rescheduled session are missed, coaching will be forfeit.
